The second Music Fest the Saturday of Labor Day weekend.  Live music played from atop the lighthouse with an
anchorage of boats surrounding the event!  The Lighthouse Music Fest was a huge success in its first year, so we have set the date for 2008!! It will be a festival of fun and music, which sets sail on Saturday, August 30 2008...with a very unique afternoon concert for boaters featuring the top-flight musical talent on the lighthouse rooftop stage. Saturday night more shows are planned.

In the spirit of July 4th Independence Day Fireworks June 30: The Town of Greenwich will once again offer Fireworks displays at two locations on Saturday, June 30, with a rain date of Sunday, July 1. The Fireworks will fill the sky at Binney Park, starting at about 9:10 pm. The display at Greenwich Point Park is scheduled to begin at about 9:30 pm. Regular Park entrance policies will apply at Greenwich Point Park.

  Summer Sailstice has teamed up with the Ocean Conservancy as a charitable partner so sailors can join them in helping preserve the world's oceans.  When you sign up for Summer Sailstice, you can pledge $1 (or more) per mile sailed on Summer Sailstice so we can all sail to save the seven seas.
New 2007 Weekend Workshop Series

TIME/DATE: Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

DETAILS:  Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA) presents four two-day workshops, to be held in boating communities around the country.  In keeping with the SSCA’s Clean Wake Policy, the workshops focus on safety, self-sufficiency and fun cruising. Plan to attend one or all of these valuable courses with NIGEL CALDER, LEE CHESNEAU, DR. LAURA SUDARSKY and JULIE TEETSOV.
