Operation Rebuild Barbuda
Please share this page
Friday 8th September 2017
As Antigua, Barbuda and the rest of the Leeward Islands prepare for
the passage of Hurricane Jose, the work of re-building Barbuda has
already started. The devastation wrought by Hurricane Irma will not
be easily rectified and efforts to reconstruct the island will be
extensive and costly. Antigua is open for business and normal
activity has returned, subject to the trajectory of Jose.
